Dallas, TX (PRWEB) May 11, 2012

Regus Advisors Inc., (http://www.regusadvisors.com) a private global Investment Banking firm, announced today that it has signed an agreement to provide its advisory services for an $ 80M real estate development venture of a new shipping port in the State of New York.

Regus Advisors President Mervyn Price, said, We are pleased to help structure a highly sophisticated transaction that involves the potential development of a new port that encompasses in excess of 650 acres of land and could become one of the largest new ports in the New York and New Jersey State area.

Price added, There is a need for additional container handling capacity within one of the largest ports in the world, the Port of New York and the Port of New Jersey. The proposed Development Port Facility contract is to purchase approximately 676 acres with the intent of developing the property into a fully functioning container terminal and logistics center capable of handling large qualities of containers.

The developers vision is to satisfy a need for the site in the Port of New York and New Jersey for a private container terminal that has the advantage of logistics center attached (off public land) enabling the terminal to handle oversized and overweight cargo. It is anticipated that when completed the combination will provide a low cost per-container off-loading, handling and transfer available in the Port of New York and Port of New Jersey. When completed, the site could be one the largest Green Industrial and Wetland sites developed within the United States. It is anticipated that the project will create as many as 2,500 to 3,000 permanent jobs and upwards of 15,000 jobs during the construction period.

The sites operational flexibility and economics will be further enhanced by the construction that is been considered by the Port Authority. The proposed site expects to earn substantial additional income in the next 3-5 years through the sale of selected sites.

The original house built in 1939 in an area that used to be farmland. As the need for housing grew out of LA it became the low rent area of the megalopolis. Now hardest hit by the mortgage crisis, the town is littered with foreclosed properties. The housing boom sucked up all the low rent investment property buyers who are now in trouble because they hocked themselves out beyond any sensible threshold. More like them still to shake down. Now it’s very difficult to qualify so there are very few buyers.

Those who were prudent and have cash are likely to be professionals with real jobs, a lot of equity in their own home and no time to play around with rentals. They look at something like this and see big repair bills and lots of hassle with renters or management companies for not much return. That’s how Catherine would see it, but then there’s me with a bit more time from this economic slow down and few new clients and a yen for fixing up old houses that haven’t gotten too fancy for my skill set. It would be a new business niche plus a steady bit of income once rented.

Estate planning done by a good probate lawyer is necessary to make sure that your final wishes are carried out and your estate is divided the way that you want it to be. Failing to make a last will and testament can make the probate process long, difficult and cause hard feelings amongst family members and loved ones. A Plano probate attorney can help take worry off of you and stress off of your loved ones by sitting down with you planning for the dispersal of your estate.

Probate law practice can be very complicated. An accounting must be made of all the estate’s assets and debts, and probating an estate generally takes about a year. Because the probate process is so time consuming, it’s not fair to your loved ones to leave it up to them to handle. Estate planning needs to be managed by an experienced Plano probate attorney who can help you decide how to divide your assets amongst your heirs and explain to you how estate tax will affect your heirs.

There are often harsh feelings amongst surviving family members concerning the distribution of assets, which includes money, real estate, vehicles and personal belongings.

A properly prepared last will and testament will ensure that your loved one who needs financial support gets the money you want them to have, that your relative who lives with you can stay in their home, that your grandchildren get the personal mementos that you want to leave them and even that your beloved pets are given to the person you trust to care for them just like you do. A probate lawyer can also help you make arrangements for the care of minor children or disabled dependents who rely on you. If you have minor children or other dependents, you owe it to them to arrange for their care in event they outlive you. Making decisions about your estate now can save your loved ones from stress and heartache down the road.

After you have visited a probate law practice, met with an attorney and made your will, make sure to keep it in a safe place and inform your executor where it is and who your attorney is. Your executor and your probate attorney can then work together to carry out your wishes.

HemisFair ’68 was the first officially designated world’s fair (or international exposition) held in the southwestern United States. San Antonio, Texas hosted the fair from April 6 through October 6, 1968. More than thirty nations hosted pavilions at the fair. The fair was held in conjunction with the 250th anniversary of the founding of San Antonio. The theme of the fair was "The Confluence of Civilizations in the Americas."
The official world’s fair sanctioning body, the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) accredited HemisFair ’68 on November 17, 1965. The venture, which had an announced cost of 6 million, was financed by a combination of public and private funds. Public funding included .2 million from the United States Housing and Home Finance Agency for acquiring and clearing the site, million in publicly approved city bonds for construction of the convention center and arena, .5 million in general revenues from the City of San Antonio for construction of the Tower of the Americas, million from the State of Texas primarily for the construction of the Texas State Pavilion and .5 million from the United States Congress for the construction of the United States pavilion.[1] Major corporate sponsors and pavilions were built by Eastman Kodak, Ford Motor Company, General Electric, General Motors, Humble Oil (now ExxonMobil), IBM, RCA, Southwestern Bell (now AT&T, Inc.), Frito Lay, Pepsi-Cola, Coca-Cola, American Express, Chrysler, 3M, the Mormon Church among others.[2]

PEPSICO, QUAKER OATS & GMO: YOU’RE ON YOUR OWN
Global Revolution 1: American Revolution 2: Day 54: Communication 1
IronBoltBruce’s Kleptocracy Chronicles for 9 Nov 2011 (g1a2d0054c1)
How many examples of greed and corruption must you see before you act?

PepsiCo Inc. is a Fortune 500 global conglomerate with interests in the
manufacturing, marketing and distribution of grain-based snack foods,
beverages and other products. PepsiCo was formed in 1965 with the merger of
the Pepsi-Cola Company and Frito-Lay, Inc. PepsiCo has since expanded from
its namesake product Pepsi to a broader range of food and beverage brands,
the largest of which include an acquisition of Tropicana in 1998 and a
merger with Quaker Oats in 2001 – which added the Gatorade brand to its
portfolio as well.

Since 1989 Pepsico has contributed more than million to federal and
state political campaigns, and since 1997 they have spent an additional
million on lobbying. Topping their politician recipient list is former
Pennsylvania House Speaker John M. Perzel, the alleged mastermind of the
million "Computergate" scandal that pled guilty to corruption charges and is
currently awaiting sentencing. Rick Perry comes in number two, with Ed
Rendel, Barack Obama and George W. Bush rounding out the top five.

tinyurl.com/6ml7q2c

tinyurl.com/7ues4sh

tinyurl.com/6pwrqa2

We don’t know what Pepsico got from the money they gave to Perzel, but we do
know at least one thing they are getting from their lobbying investment: So
far, it has kept GMO warning labels off of their products.

"GMO" stands for "genetically modified organism", i.e. organisms whose
genetic material has been artificially altered using genetic engineering
techniques. The USA is the largest commercial grower of genetically
modified crops in the world, and at least 75% percent of the processed foods
consumed in America contain GMO ingredients.

tinyurl.com/26xkpfd

GMOs are banned or significantly restricted in 30 other countries around the
world, including Australia, Japan and all of the nations in the European
Union. But here in the Corporate States of America, consumers aren’t even
given the benefit of GMO warning labels so they can decide for themselves if
a risk exists and whether they are willing to accept it. To make matters
worse, IN AMERICA IT IS LEGAL TO LABEL FOOD PRODUCTS AS "NATURAL" EVEN IF
THEY CONTAIN GMO. And why are things that way? Because
profit-before-principle corporations like Pepsico – working through co-opted
and false fronts like the Organic Trade Association (OTA) – lobby to keep
them that way:

"General Mills (currently represented on the OTA board by Craig Weakly of
Small Planet Foods), H.J. Heinz Co. (invested in the Hain-Celestial Group),
PepsiCo (Tropicana and Quaker produce a few organic products), and Kellogg’s
(owns Kashi), joined a coalition of corporate giants – the "Coalition
Against the Costly Labeling Law" – including chemical makers Monsanto and
DuPont, agribusiness ConAgra, food processor Sara Lee, the pesticide
lobbying group CropLife and the junk food lobbying group the Grocery
Manufacturers Association, in spending some .5 million to defeat mandatory
GMO labels."

tinyurl.com/6xuxuo7

So before you sit down for your next piping-hot bowl of "healthy living"
Quaker oatmeal, consider this:

"Quaker Oats states that it is an ‘all-natural’ product. Pepsico/Quaker
Oats manages a processing plant that emits roughly 19,000 pounds of sulfuryl
fluoride yearly. Sulfuryl fluoride is a toxic greenhouse gas used to treat
crops like oats in storage."

SHOW ME WHAT KLEPTOCRACY LOOKS LIKE! THIS IS WHAT KLEPTOCRACY LOOKS LIKE!

Kleptocracy [klep-TOK-ruh-see]: A government or state in which those in
power exploit national resources and steal; rule by a thief or thieves. See
also the United States of America where, as Goethe said, "None are more
hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free." Want
documented examples of the corporate greed that corrupts our government and
fuels the Revolution? Find dozens here, with more to come:

kleptocracychronicles.com

###

IT IS NO COINCIDENCE THAT OF THE LAST 14 U.S. PRESIDENTS, 7 HAVE BEEN
DEMOCRATS AND 7 HAVE BEEN REPUBLICANS.

Our Kleptocracy-controlled media focuses on America’s two-year election
cycles as if who wins or loses in the swinging of the pendulum was a matter
of life or death, when in fact even at the Presidential level it makes no
more difference than the outcomes of Monday Night Football, American Idol,
Dancing With The Stars, Hillbilly Handfishing or the trial of Michael
Jackson’s doctor. U.S. elections are staged primarily to give Sheeple the
illusion of control so they will (a) vent their frustrations and expend
their energy, emotions and resources supporting or attacking the Puppet on
the Left hand or the Puppet on the Right, and consequently (b) never
recognize and challenge the common omnipotent Puppetmaster.

There was no real change in 2008. There was no real change in 2010. There
WILL be real change in 2012, but it won’t be coming from tele-brainwashed
couch potatoes, manipulated voter lists, rigged voting machines or
predetermined ballot counts. It will be coming from us…

The 99 Percent

corporategreedchronicles.com

###

I AM NOT ANONYMOUS. I AM AN AMERICAN.

I am not just a Consumer. I am a Citizen.

I will no longer be labeled Left or Right, Liberal or Conservative,
Demopublican or Republocrat.

I will no longer follow Puppets labeled Left or Right, Liberal or
Conservative, Demopublican or Republocrat.

I am the People. And I am coming for the Puppetmasters.

I am part of the 99 Percent. And I demand the following:

1. End the Fed.
2. Reverse Citizens United.
3. Repeal PATRIOT Act.
4. Expose 9/11 Truth.
5. End Profit Wars.
6. Refund Taxpayer Trillions.
7. Imprison the Kleptocrats.
8. Single Term Limits.

Or, if these demands are not addressed promptly:

1. Regime Change.

ironboltbruce.com

###

LABELS (A POEM OF PROTEST)

"Democrat", "Republican",
The parties of the system;
Puppets both, for sale their votes,
No character or wisdom.

"Liberal", "Conservative",
For change or status quo?
Pick either one, the change is none,
All charlatans and whores.

Far "Left" we place the Anarchists,
Libertarians claim far "Right";
Yet both decry the government:
False continuum brought to light.

For oil, "We" bomb their mud huts,
Strip them bare, then offer "Aid";
And fake their retribution as
Pretext – a false flag raised.

Unarmed hundred thousands killed
By weapons of "Defense",
While rights are lost for "Freedom" sake -
On profit, all depends.

With stroke of pen, the "Patriot" Act,
And patriots’ gifts are taken;
Then "Citizens United" leaves
Our citizens forsaken.

We protest loss of liberties,
Put "World Wide Web" to use;
Cloudmark Authority censors us
For "messaging abuse".

They label us to finger-point,
With labels, "They" deride us;
Their labels keep us all at bay,
For with labels, "They" divide us.
